8 days to the hour
Well my last post wasn't the happiest. Brandy my youngest cat had gone walkabouts. I couldn't put posters up as the kids here rip them down before anyone has a chance to read them and my father was loathe to publish our e-mail, telephone numbers or address. So leaflets were debated.
Well strangely enough my cat must have known, because tonight at 8.10pm (I am in London, UK) she wandered through the backdoor, a door I hasten to add I had forgotten to close. She was meowing much louder than I had ever heard before and seemed strangely like she was saying "Hi Honey, I am home!"
I fed her immediately to which she bumped me with her head, her usual greeting and thanking gesture ate and then decided to reaquaint herself with our house. She looks remarkably the same, with no injuries or weight lose (she could do with it too) just a pinker nose and sore looking feet (lots of walking?)
My only question is, should I have her checked over by a vet to make sure she is 100%?
